LIMS IntegrationcResults and ERD announce a major
step in making LIMS and Smart-QC integration seamless. While we had a one way communication before, we are now providing the
option of sending (by Smart-QC) files to SFTP to be read by LIMS with Smart-QC assignments, and having place the proper samples
/ tests in the analyst folder aligned with Smart-QC scheduling Algorithm. This as our users
can expect, provides a seamless integration with LIMS and Smart-QC to further improve the overall efficiency and reduce non-value
added activities.

Smart-QC Enhanced Dashboard View December 13, Smart-QC
new Dashboard view provides the ability to present the on-time delivery and sample cycle time not only by assignment group,
but also by Sample Purpose association groups (i.e., In Process, Stability). This could be used to combine efficiency driven
group and samples types on the same view. For example, seeing a combined efficiency figures for FG and Stability group that
are working as ONE unit while seeing the Cycle Time and On-Time delivery separately for stability and FG samples as well as

Smart-QC New In Process Sample SchedulingNovember 21, Smart-QC new feature include
a couple of clicks to assign in process samples and test. By clicking on the sample/test upon arrival, the supervisor/ADMIN/chemist,
could assign this sample or test immediately to speed up in process quick turnaround tests

Smart-QC is now fully integrated with cMENovember 14, 2011, in an effort to enhance
the overall efficiency of batch record review process, cResults have integrated Smart-QC it’s resource planning and
scheduling platform with cME it’s batch record and QA efficiency management platform. One of top three generic pharmaceutical
company leverages this integration to better prioritize and scheduled it’s batch records reviews.
